Pickle Desk is an offline-first operations desk for pickleball tournaments. Use it to set up divisions and teams, build pools, schedule courts, record results, review standings and playoffs, import rosters, and export tournament backups and PDFs.

Support channel: Email [email protected] with the Pickle Desk version, platform, and the workflow that needs attention. Please remove real player contact details from screenshots and exports.

Start with the basics

Open the Web app once while online so its offline shell can be installed or cached.
Keep a .tournament export after major setup changes and before moving between browser, desktop, and native builds.
Imported CSV, XLSX, XLS, PDF, image, and .tournament files are processed locally.
Live sharing is optional; local scoring continues to be the working source when the network is unavailable.

Reporting a problem

Before reporting an issue, note the Pickle Desk version, platform, screen or workflow, and the steps that reproduced it. Do not include real player contact details in screenshots or exported files. Keep a fictional reproduction or sanitized .tournament backup if support needs to inspect the workflow.
